At The Louvlly Home we curate unique pieces from global artisans to help you create your perfect sanctuary. To keep our prices competitive and reduce our environmental footprint, we ship directly from our international partners. Please review our policy below regarding issues with your order.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or is not as described, we will make it right! You are eligible for a full refund or a free replacement if:
You contact our support team support@louvlly.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
You provide your Order Number and clear photo or video evidence of the damage or defect.
Once verified, we will process your refund or ship a replacement immediately. You do not need to ship the damaged item back to us.
2. Items Not Received
Every The Louvlly Home order includes tracking. If your package is officially lost in transit and has not arrived within 45 days of your purchase date, we will issue a full refund—no questions asked. (Note: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.)
3. Returns for "Change of Mind"
To maintain our commitment to low prices and sustainability, The Louvlly Home does not offer returns for "change of mind" or buyer's remorse. We encourage you to review product descriptions, dimensions, and photos carefully before purchasing.
Sizing Issues: Please refer to our size guides. We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizes ordered, though we may offer a one-time discount code for a replacement.
4. How to Start a Claim
To begin a claim, please email support@louvlly.com with the following:
- Subject Line: Return Claim - [Your Order Number]
- A brief description of the issue.
- Attached photo or video evidence (required for all damage/defect claims).
